- All our digital door locks come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What is Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Faulty electronic components under normal use.
- Malfunction of core access features (fingerprint, keypad, app, etc.)
What is NOT Covered:
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse.
- Physical damage (impact, water ingress beyond rating, vandalism).
- Battery-related issues or damage due to battery leakage.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Warranty Process:
- Report issue via phone, email or Whatsapp.
- Our team will assess and guide on repair or replacement.
- On-site support available where applicable.
